If you're good at hopping fences, then go walk around the Dan River plant they're tearing down. What caught my eye about this place what that I could see it from the grave yard near Ballou Park. I would have to say be careful.. there is lots of wood, bricks, ect. and you wouldn't want to be going to the hospital on police observation for criminal activity.
I tried to find a place where I could get a closer look at this gorgeous building that they're ripping to shreads but I surely would have broken or cute something open if I had hopped that 10 foot fence.
I'll be doing some research to see if anything weird has every happened in this particular building and get back with you ASAP with my info.
